Stream scenes

A full-screen 3D scene for the start and the break of your stream: your car, your card, your countdown, your music. One link, done.

Create the scene

  1. Open Widgets in your creator dashboard and click New widget, then Scene.
  2. Pick Starting soon (night city with countdown) or Be right back (space).
  3. Set the countdown to your stream start and an end text such as “We are live”. Leave it empty for no countdown.
  4. The preview shows the car display as it will look in the scene.

Add it to OBS

  1. Copy the scene link in the dashboard. Using Spotify? Take the link from the Spotify page instead (next section).
  2. In OBS, open your starting or break scene. Under Sources click +, then Browser.
  3. Paste the link, set the size below and click OK. Then right-click the source, Transform, Fit to screen.

  • FPS60

Spotify (optional)

The car display can show what you are playing on Spotify. It uses your own Spotify app and runs only in OBS: PlayerCards never sees your Client ID or your Spotify login.

  1. Open Widgets, select the scene and click Connect Spotify.
  2. Create an app in the Spotify developer dashboard with “Web API” ticked.
  3. Copy the redirect URI from the page into the app, then paste the app’s Client ID back.
  4. Click Connect Spotify, play a song and click Test.
  5. Copy the OBS link from that page into the browser source.

Smooth next to CS2

The scene stops drawing while it is not on air, so it costs nothing during your match. Leave Shutdown source when not visible off: the scene pauses by itself and comes back without a reload.

Quality Auto adapts to your PC. If your game drops frames while the scene is on air, set Quality to Low in the dashboard.

Something is off?

Scene stays black: in OBS, open Settings → Advanced and make sure Browser Source Hardware Acceleration is on, then restart OBS.

No music on the display: Spotify needs a Premium account for apps in development mode. Open the Spotify page again, click Connect again and copy the new OBS link.

Link leaked: generate a new link in the dashboard. The old one stops working at once. With Spotify, also copy the new link from the Spotify page.
